Steps for refund
NOTE:
A full refund is possible only in case of cancellation and substantial delay of the departure of the line for which the ticket was purchased. Delay or cancellation can be caused by a malfunction of the vessel or adverse weather conditions. If there are grounds for a refund, the money will be refunded to the buyer.
TP Line is not responsible for the errors and omissions made by the customer and those will not be accepted as a basis for a full refund. Errors caused by the customer include incorrectly selected date of sailing, the wrong route selected, or wrongly selected tickets.
Tickets purchased by an omission, or an error can be returned with a deduction of 10% of the total invoice amount. Request for such a refund should be sent at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled trip, refund requests sent later than 6 hours before the voyage start will not be considered valid.
The purchased tickets cannot be exchanged for another date or departure time, they can only be refunded as per above, in those situations you are kindly asked to apply for a refund and purchase additional tickets for another date.
If you are applying for a refund, please make sure you provide all the following information: name and surname of the buyer, order number, route, time, and date of departure. The ticket should be attached to the email in recognizable format (.pdf, .jpg, .png).
In case of a valid reason for the refund, the money will be refunded to your account. The time needed for money to transfer to your account may take up to a month.
Payment security statement
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
Privacy policy
We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer's personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user information are strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need those information for completing the job.
All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.
User rights
You have the following rights:
Right
of access: you have the right to receive confirmation from us about
whether your personal data is being processed and, if this is the case,
access to your personal data. Access information includes, but is not
limited to – purposes of processing, categories of personal data,
recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has
been or will be disclosed. However, the right of access is not an
absolute right and the rights and interests of other individuals may
limit your right of access. You have the right to receive a copy of the
personal data being processed. For any further copies you request, we
may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
Right
to rectification: you have the right to obtain from us the correction of
inaccurate personal data without undue delay. Considering the purpose
of the processing, you have the right to supplement incomplete personal
data, for example by providing a supplementary statement.
Right
to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): under certain conditions, you have
the right to ask us to delete your personal data and we are obliged to
delete such personal data.
Right to restriction of processing:
under certain conditions, you have the right to restrict the processing
of your personal data. In this case, such data will be marked and can
only be processed for specific purposes.
Right to object: under
certain conditions, you have the right to object to the processing of
your personal data at any time, and when personal data is processed for
direct marketing purposes, you have the right to request that we stop
processing your personal data.
The right to data portability:
under certain conditions, you have the right to receive your personal
data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and
machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to
another controller without hindrance.

Terms and conditions
GENERAL BUYING TERMS
These terms define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, return and complaint claims, copyright protection and general business terms for purchasing of a product/service offered in this Internet store. tp-line.aktiva-info.hr can be used free of charge for your personal use according to the following conditions and terms. The seller is TP LINE d.o.o., the buyer is a visitor of this site who fulfills an electronic order and effectuates a payment via debit/credit card or by cash on delivery.
ORDERING PROCESS
The buyer orders a product via electronic order form. After the buyer has ordered tickets, they shall remain on reservation for 30 minutes and within that period, the payment confirmation is expected. If the payment is not effectuated within 30 minutes, the purchase is canceled. The buyer shall be considered any person who orders at least one product electronically, imputs requested data and sends an order. All the prices are in euros (€). Tickets are ordered electronically by imputing desired number of tickets to the specified place. Tickets are considered ordered when the buyer choses and confirms payment option. Order can not be changed after the purchase is complete.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
The ordered product or service are paid on-line by one of these debit/credit cards: MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa or American Express®.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
The seller is obliged to send tickets to the buyer's e-mail address as soon as the seller receives confirmation of on-line transaction. If the buyer does not receive a message with tickets to his e-mail address within expected time, the buyer is entitled to inform the seller of this so that measures can be taken for the tickets to be sent to his e-mail address subsequently. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods he ordered, the seller is entitled to request from the buyer a reimbursement of any cost related to the delivery.
TERMS OF COMPLAINT AND RETURN
Refund is possible only in case of delayed departure of the ship for which the ticket was purchased. The delay may be caused by the failure or adverse weather conditions. Refunds are realized execution steps mentioned in the link Instructions for refund. If there are grounds for a refund, the money will be refunded to the buyers account.
COURT JURISDICTION
If the buyer is not satisfied with complaint resolution by the tp-line.aktiva-info.hr, he is entitled to a court arbitrage. Such cases shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court in Split.
COPYRIGHT
The buyer/visitor commits not to copy without authorization and/or publish any material subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights, without explicit permission of the owner of such rights.
GENERAL TERMS
TP LINE d.o.o. reserves the right to change the terms and regulations. The buyer bears responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of data imputed during the purchase services provided by tp-line.aktiva-info.hr Internet store do not include cost of using computer equipment and services required to access our Internet site. In case of any problem, please report it to our Contact center (by telephone or e-mail) so we can eliminate it in the quickest way possible.
